1. What They are Actually :

Blackheads, or open comedones, are essentially widened hair follicles that are filled with skin debris, bacteria, and sebum oil.

2. The Reason They're Black :

The sebum in the pore contains melanin and when the sebum hits the surface of the pore, it oxidizes which means turn dark, and that's what makes blackheads get their unpleasant dark color

3. what's Causing Them :

blackheads can be caused by a number of factors, including hormones, genetics, stress, sweat, and lifestyle.

4. Keep Hair Out of Your Face :

The more hair follicles an individual has the more blackheads and other types of acne they are susceptible to. it's also important to keep your hair off of your face and back when possible.

5. Don't Over Wash :

Yes, washing your face regularly is the best way to maintain clear and clean skin, but try not too go overboard.a good cleaning session twice a day ( once in the morning and the second when we go to sleep) will do the trick.

6. Use a Bobby Pin :

This is the cheap and effective way here we go :

Steam your face and use clean bobby pin, turn it upside-down, holding it and press the small loop against your nose or skin, similar to how you would use a blackhead extractor, and the result is satisfying.

7. Be Gentle :

Last but not least, the most important thing is to be gentle with your skin!
