5 tips for Healthy Hair :
1. Washing your hair :
Know when to wash. People often make the mistake of thinking that they need to wash their hair every day, but washing hair too often can actually dry hair out, or weigh it down with product.- The longer, thicker, curlier, and more processed your hair, the longer it can go between washes.
- If your hair gets oily very quickly and you must wash every day, use a lightweight or "every day" shampoo, as these contain milder detergents than others.
- Use conditioner. Always use a good conditioner after you shampoo. The conditioner will provide moisture for your hair while making it softer and more manageable. It will also make your hair easier to brush out after the shower, Only apply conditioner to the ends and mid-lengths of your hair. You can use deep conditioning treatments like olive oil, argan oil, avocado oil or coconut oil.
2. how to dry your hair :
Drying hair can seem like a simple task, but drying your hair incorrectly can result in a frizzy, limp, or tangled mess.- Pat your hair dry with a towel. If you can, try to use a microfiber towel. They are less likely to snag, rip, or tear your hair than regular towels. Microfiber towels can also help reduce frizz.
- Wrap your hair in a towel turban. Wearing a towel turban while getting ready allows the towel to absorb excess water and moisture from your hair.
3. Use a Serum :
Apply the serum to wet hair before drying, or to freshly blow-dried hair. It will help keep your hair soft and shiny while minimizing frizz.
Usually only a very small amount of serum is required.
Apply serum to ends and mid-lengths of hair, but avoid the roots, otherwise, your hair will look greasy.
4. Wait for your hair to dry, then style it if necessary :
Once your hair is completely dry, you can add in a little styling cream or gel.- If you tend to get frizzy hair, you can add in a little bit of hair oil. Put a small amount of product into your palm, and use your fingers to comb the product through your hair.
- If you have curly, kinky, or textured hair, do not brush your hair. If you do, you will disrupt the curl pattern. Your hair will turn frizzy, puffy, and bushy.
- If you have straight hair, you can add some volume back to your hair by tucking some Velcro hair rollers into the top layers of your hair. Spray the rollers and your hair with some hair spray. Wait a few minutes, then take the rollers out.
