Maintaining your body health:
- Eat healthy foods, like fish, fresh fruits and vegetables. Try to not eat too much junk food like potato, chips, cookies, cakes... and avoid caffeine and sugary drinks...
- Do regular exercises to prevent heart diseases...
- do not smoke, because smoking cigarettes can affect several serious health conditions, like lung cancer, and also it damages the skin and leads to premature aging especially facial skin by damaging collagen and contributing to the appearance of wrinkles.
- Get enough sleep because it enables the body to repair and be ready for another day, and getting quality sleep is the best thing you can do for your health.
- drink enough water, because you will help your digestive system flush out toxins from the body, to have glow skin, clears acne...
Developing your personal beauty regime:
- work out what works best for you by understanding your body. by knowing your sort of skin, oily or dry or mixed, what texture is your hair? how does your body respond to specific beauty products? knowing these things will help you to develop a beauty regime that keeps looking beautiful naturally.
- Exfoliate your skin to waken it up and give you a healthy glow, only once or twice a week, because over-exfoliating can make you more prone to breakouts, and never wash your face with hot water because it makes it dry. Always use normal or cold water which energizes your skin and makes it pinker, giving it a blushing effect.
- Moisturize your skin daily. This will keep your soft and will also keep your skin beautiful as you get older.
- Steam your face regularly. boil 1,5 liters of water until it's very hot and pour it into another bowl, move your face above the bowl and face it downwards and put a towel over your head, you'll be able to feel a lot of heat getting to your face as if it is getting steamed. This is a very good method to reduce acne and any scars you have as the heat fights it back into your skin and almost kills it.
- Be sparing with makeup. Skip the foundation unless you really need it. heavy makeup hides true beauty. Work on your skin instead, applying coconut oil to your face before you turn in for the night will smooth and clear your skin tone plus it treats acne.
- Get your eyebrows waxed, or pluck them yourself, this will help to open your eyes, and try to curl your eyelashes if they do not have a natural curl. It will open your eyes and give you a nicer appearance, even without mascara.
- Take good care of your hair. Always wash your hair with warm water, but never hot, because hot water strips off all the natural oils. always keep your hair brushed, spray on a little leave-in conditioner. Use a quality shampoo and conditioner without sulfate in it. To get rid of residue, occasionally add a little baking soda to your shampoo.
- Brush your teeth and keep good dental hygiene to have a bright smile.
- use adequate sun protection. When outside, protect your skin with sunscreen and make sure you apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before you step out into the sun. choose a sunscreen that is oil-free and non-comedogenic, so it won't clog your pores.
Maintaining a naturally beautiful attitude:
- Smile, you'll reveal a new you. many people believe in the value of practicing daily or regular gratitude, and counting your blessings can help to keep you positive and smiling.
- Stand tall with great posture. Roll your shoulders a few times to feel where they should be, and keep your chin up, keep your head balanced atop your shoulders, avoiding forward head posture.
- Be confident. If you are not, then try to be, try some assertiveness training and affirmations, tell yourself that you are beautiful and always will be. Seek to be happy with who you are, this can take time to learn, and it can be buffeted now and then by events in life, but try to make this your grounded point and always return to being happy with who you are now, who you were in the past and who you will become. Never say you are not pretty, that will make you upset. Always be confident and think positive and this will come through in your poise and voice.
- Wear clothes you feel good in, and that defines your features. Try to avoid wearing clothes that do not flatter your figure, you don't need to religiously stick to every single fashion tip you come across but do take the time to learn how to bring out the beauty of your unique figure.
Tips for clear skin:
- Never wash your face with your hands, because throughout the day your hand gets super dirty by accumulating a lot of bacteria, which is not good to put on your face, so it's better to use a brush that exfoliates and gets deep into your pores when you are cleaning.
- Do not pop or pick at your skin, some people find pleasure or they just want to remove the pimple, and they think that popping it or putting toothpaste on it or doing some crazy weird experiment with that pimple is going to make it go away, but that's not the case, you just make it worse, because the bacteria that was inside the pimple gets all of your skin and in turn creates more issues with your skin.
- Facing natural products, you have to make sure that you are able to understand and read the labels of the products that you're using and make sure also that you are using quality products because you don't want to be buying things that have lots of chemicals in it.
